3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information — All personal details, academic records, and documents submitted must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services without refund.
• Submit genuine documents — All academic transcripts, identification documents, and supporting materials must be authentic. We are not responsible for consequences arising from forged or fraudulent documentation.
• Respond in a timely manner — Delays in providing requested documents, information, or responses may adversely affect your application timeline. BS Global Bridge is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed user responses.
• Comply with applicable laws — You must comply with the laws and regulations of India and the destination country at all times throughout the process.
• Maintain respectful conduct — We reserve the right to discontinue services if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or unethical behaviour towards our staff or partners.

4. Free Consultation Disclaimer

BS Global Bridge offers a complimentary initial consultation to help students understand their options and assess their eligibility for overseas education programmes. Please note:

• The free consultation is an advisory service provided in good faith and does not constitute a guarantee of admission to any university or educational institution.
• Guidance provided during the free consultation is based on the information available at the time and is subject to change based on university policies, immigration rules, and external factors.
• The free consultation does not create a binding contractual obligation between the student and BS Global Bridge for further paid services.

5. Paid Services & Fees

Following the initial consultation, BS Global Bridge may offer premium paid consultancy services tailored to your specific needs. Key terms governing paid services include:

• All paid services are consultancy in nature. Payment for our services covers the professional time, expertise, and administrative effort invested in your case — it does not guarantee any specific outcome.
• The fee structure for any paid engagement will be communicated to you in writing before services commence. No hidden charges will be levied without prior notification.
• Fees are separate from any charges levied by universities, embassies, government bodies, or third-party service providers.
• Refund eligibility for paid services is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

BS Global Bridge provides expert consultancy and guidance services. However, certain outcomes are beyond our control. Specifically:

• No guaranteed admission — University admissions decisions are made solely by the respective educational institutions. We do not have authority over admission outcomes.
• No guaranteed visa approval — Visa decisions are made independently by the embassies and consulates of the destination countries. We assist with documentation and preparation but cannot influence or guarantee the outcome.
• No guaranteed scholarships — Scholarship awards are at the sole discretion of the awarding institution or body.
• External dependencies — We are not liable for delays, rejections, or changes caused by universities, government bodies, embassies, airlines, or any other third parties.
• Consequential damages — BS Global Bridge shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. University & Visa Disclaimers

Students and clients must understand the following regarding universities and visa processing:

• University admission requirements, tuition fees, eligibility criteria, and course offerings are determined and may be changed by the respective institutions at any time without prior notice.
• Visa policies, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and approval criteria are governed entirely by the immigration authorities and embassies of the destination countries.
• BS Global Bridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any university, embassy, or government body. We act solely as an independent education consultancy.
• Changes in government policies, diplomatic relations, or geopolitical conditions may affect visa processing and university admissions. BS Global Bridge bears no responsibility for such changes.
