Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to fair, transparent, and clearly defined refund and cancellation terms for all consultancy services.

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and cancellations for services provided by BS Global Bridge("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), an overseas education consultancy headquartered in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

By engaging our services — whether free or paid — you ("Client," "Student," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy. We encourage you to review this document carefully before committing to any paid consultancy engagement.

This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Free Consultation Services

Important: BS Global Bridge offers free initial consultations, career counselling sessions, and preliminary university guidance at absolutely no charge. These complimentary services carry no financial obligation whatsoever.

Our free consultation services are designed to help students and families make informed decisions about studying abroad. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Initial study abroad counselling and eligibility assessment
  • Country and university selection guidance
  • Career pathway discussions and academic planning
  • Preliminary course and programme information
  • General visa and immigration process overview
  • Free assessment and eligibility checks via our website

Since these services are provided on a complimentary basis, no fees are collected and therefore no refund scenario arises. You may discontinue or withdraw from a free consultation at any time without any financial consequence or penalty.

3. Paid Consultancy Services

In addition to our free services, BS Global Bridge offers premium paid consultancy services for students who require comprehensive, hands-on support throughout their study abroad journey. These paid services may include:

  • Dedicated application management and document preparation
  • University application processing and submission
  • Visa application assistance and documentation support
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Letter of Recommendation (LOR) guidance
  • Premium one-on-one mentorship and counselling sessions
  • Accommodation and travel arrangement support
  • Post-admission support services

Fee Communication

All applicable fees for paid consultancy services will be communicated to you in writing before any engagement commences. A detailed fee structure, scope of services, and payment schedule will be provided via email or a formal service agreement. No fees shall be charged without your express written or verbal acknowledgement of the quoted amount and service scope.

Payment Methods

Currently, BS Global Bridge collects service fees through offline payment methods including direct bank transfers, UPI payments, and cash payments at our office. All payments must be accompanied by proper receipts or transaction confirmations. We do not currently operate an online payment gateway on our website.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage at which services have been rendered. The following scenarios outline our refund framework:

a) Before Processing Begins

If you request a cancellation before any processing, application submission, or administrative work has commenced on your behalf, you are entitled to a refund of the service fee paid, minus a non-refundable administrative processing fee of ₹2,000 (Indian Rupees Two Thousand) or 10% of the total fee (whichever is higher). This administrative fee covers initial consultation setup, file creation, and resource allocation costs.

b) After Processing Has Begun

Once processing of your application, documentation, or any related services has commenced — including but not limited to document verification, university communication, application drafting, or submission — the service fee becomes non-refundable. This is because significant time, effort, and resources have already been invested in your case.

c) Partial Processing Completed

In cases where processing has partially begun but has not reached a stage of substantial completion, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BS Global Bridge management. Factors considered in such cases include:

  • Extent of work already completed
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf
  • Stage of university or visa application processing
  • Time elapsed since service commencement
  • Reason for cancellation request

d) Visa or Application Rejection

Please note that visa rejection, university application denial, or any outcome outside the direct control of BS Global Bridge does not automatically entitle the client to a refund. Our service fee covers the consultancy, guidance, and processing effort provided — not the guarantee of a specific outcome. Admission and visa decisions are made solely by the respective universities and government authorities.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges and fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as they represent costs paid to or incurred by third parties on your behalf:

  • Government and embassy fees — including visa application fees, biometric charges, and consulate processing fees
  • University application fees — charges levied by universities for application processing, credential evaluation, or admission assessment
  • Visa processing fees — fees paid to visa processing centres (VFS, IVS, etc.) or embassies
  • Courier and postage charges — costs for document delivery, international shipping, or express postal services
  • Third-party service charges — fees paid to credential evaluation agencies (WES, ECE, etc.), translation services, attestation authorities, or medical examination providers
  • Language proficiency test fees — registration costs for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or other standardised examinations
  • Insurance premiums — health, travel, or student insurance purchased on your behalf

Note: These third-party charges are paid directly to external organisations and are beyond the control of BS Global Bridge. We act only as a facilitator for these payments and cannot influence their refund policies.

6. Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel your engagement with BS Global Bridge and request a refund (where applicable), you must follow the process outlined below:

  • Step 1 — Submit a Written Request: Send a formal cancellation request via email to bsglobalbridge@gmail.com with the subject line: "Cancellation Request — [Your Full Name]".
  • Step 2 — Include Required Details: Your cancellation email must include your full name, contact number, service(s) availed, date of payment, payment receipt or transaction reference, and the reason for cancellation.
  • Step 3 — Acknowledgement: Upon receiving your cancellation request, our team will send you an acknowledgement within 3 business days.
  • Step 4 — Review and Decision: Our team will review your request, assess the stage of processing, and communicate the refund decision (including the eligible refund amount, if any) within 7 business days of acknowledgement.
  • Step 5 — Confirmation: Once the refund decision is communicated, you will receive a written confirmation detailing the refund amount, applicable deductions, and the expected processing timeline.

Cancellation requests made verbally, via WhatsApp, or through social media channels will not be considered valid unless followed up with a formal written email as described above. We recommend retaining copies of all communications for your records.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method or bank account from which the original payment was made, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer due to banking holidays, verification requirements, or regulatory procedures.

BS Global Bridge will make reasonable efforts to process approved refunds as quickly as possible. However, delays caused by banking institutions or payment intermediaries are outside our direct control.

8. Protection Against Misuse

BS Global Bridge reserves the right to withhold, deny, or revoke a refund in any of the following circumstances:

  • False or misleading information: If the client provides fraudulent, forged, or materially inaccurate documents or personal information during the engagement.
  • Repeated cancellations: If the client demonstrates a pattern of enrolling in services and subsequently requesting cancellations without genuine cause.
  • Non-cooperation: If the client fails to provide requested documents, information, or cooperation within specified timelines, causing delays or process failures.
  • Breach of agreement:If the client violates any terms outlined in the service agreement, terms of engagement, or this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Unauthorized use of services: If the client uses our services, guidance, materials, or documentation for purposes other than the agreed-upon scope.
  • Abuse of process: If the client engages in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward our staff or representatives.

In such cases, BS Global Bridge may terminate the service engagement without any obligation to refund fees already paid. The decision regarding misuse shall be made by the Company's management and communicated to the client in writing.

9. Dispute Resolution

We believe that most concerns can be resolved through open, honest communication. If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision or any aspect of our services, we encourage you to follow the steps below:

Step 1 — Contact Us Directly

Reach out to our team at bsglobalbridge@gmail.com or call us at +91 70329 31064 with a detailed description of your concern. Our team will make every effort to address your issue fairly and promptly within 10 business days.

Step 2 — Escalation

If the matter remains unresolved after our internal review, you may escalate the concern in writing to the Company Director, Dr. Solomon Basimalla, at our registered office address. The Director will personally review the matter and provide a final resolution within 15 business days of receiving the escalation.

Step 3 — Legal Recourse

Should the dispute remain unresolved after exhausting the above steps, either party may seek resolution under applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to This Policy

BS Global Bridge reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent update.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about our refund and cancellation terms. Your continued engagement with our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

For clients with active service engagements, the refund terms applicable at the time of your service agreement execution shall govern your specific engagement, unless otherwise communicated in writing.
